I’m so very happy right now! My new camera is all I had hoped for and then some!

Today I went into town with some new friends I’ve made. Of course, I didn’t go without my new toy. I brought along my camera to test out the many new functions and to get used to working with it. Though it’s a big change in weight, size and everything compared to my old camera – I’ve started to get used to it already.

The functions/things I’m most pleased with:

Macro & Super Macro
I find myself addicted to this function now. I love how different things can look, the structure and colours. I’ve tried out these two functies in many different lights, on many different objects and people.

The zoom
I can zoom in a whole lot! The tower of a church (this one to be precise: [link] ), I can zoom in all the way to the top and then I can still zoom in digitally. (This however will make things pixelated) This gives me a whole lot more possibilities.

Sunset!
I have a special setting for sunsets only. This will make the colours more vibrant. I couldn’t have been happier to find this on my camera.


I constantly feel like making photos again. I guess I will become more active around here, if I find the time to edit the photos as well. That’s usually the biggest reason for my inactiveness. Dx
